Approved qualifications
Academic level
For admission to a Bachelor's programme taught in Dutch, prospective students with qualifications obtained outside the Netherlands must have completed a minimum level of secondary education. This level must be comparable to Dutch secondary education that qualifies for university entrance (vwo-diploma). Qualifications obtained at non-Dutch institutions must therefore be assessed by the UvA Admission Office.
Approved qualifications
The following qualifications are approved for admission to Bachelor's programmes taught in Dutch. This list is not intended to be exhaustive. Prospective students with approved qualifications also have to meet language proficiency and specific entry requirements before they can be admitted to a Bachelor's programme.
