The application procedure for Bachelor's and Master's programmes taught in Dutch depends on the country where you have obtained your diploma. In order to be admitted to a Bachelor's programme, your diploma must indicate a level equivalent to Dutch secondary school education. Before starting a Master's programme taught in Dutch, applicants with a foreign degree, in most cases, will first have to finish a pre-master's course.
